My journey began in October 2020, I was diagnosed with bowel cancer, I thought this was the end.

In late November 2020 I had a Laparoscopic Ultra Low Anterior Resection plus Loop Ileostomy.

Three weeks later in December 2020 I had a Reversal Ileostomy, from then I had bad night time diarrhoea.

Having no energy and always tired, my wife called Bowel Cancer Australia and spoke to Bowel Care Nutritionist, Janet.

Janet’s advice really changed things for me, and I am very pleased to say I am feeling much better.
